Her dress was fresh off the Spring runway, but Dr. Lisa Airan was particularly proud of the outerwear she wore to Bergdorf Goodman's party for Nina Ricci designer Olivier Theyskens on Tuesday evening. "It's an Olivier original," she said of the black leather bomber jacket she picked up in Theyskens' pre-Rochas days. "It's from 2000, and it's been in the front of my closet ever since." Co-hosts Lauren Davis, Marina Rust Connor, and Anne Grauso, along with Tory Burch, Jennifer Creel, and Marjorie Gubelmann, packed into the store's seventh-floor restaurant to greet the designer. The soft-spoken Belgian spent most of the evening huddled with photographer Mario Sorrenti, who snapped the Nina Ricci campaign this weekend, but he took a moment to discuss his Halloween plans. He said he had postponed his departure by one day to be in New York for the festivities. "I'm going as Olivier Theyskens," he added. "I dress up as him all the time."
