James Kaliardos and Cecilia Dean

We don't have to tell you that half the fun of covering the shows is checking out what the front-row, standing-room-only, and backstage crowds are wearing. Few have as keen an eye, or as sharp an interest, in such things as our Sartorialist, Scott Schuman. Last week he could be found on the Bryant Park steps, West 15th Street, 11th Avenue, anywhere, in other words, where the fashionable were congregating. What did he see? Next spring's trends, of course—black-and-white, flats, and dresses, dresses, dresses. Here, a look at some of his best pictures.
