Psychedelia is just so…sixties (learn all about that decade and its continuing influence in this week’s Style Notes). But while some are content with re-creating the decade’s trippy aesthetic, London stylist Carrie Mundane, a.k.a. Cassette Playa, prefers her own brand of "aceeeed sartorialism." Along with mates like the Klaxons and M.I.A., she’s created a neon-bright aesthetic that’s inspired by the past but rooted in the moment—as is her anything-but-mundane (sorry) summer playlist.
