Amy Winehouse’s singular look—imperfect bouffant hair and winged eyeliner—is just one of the things that set the sultry singer-songwriter apart from her peers. So when we spotted this similarly coiffed and madeup New Yorker, we instantly thought of her. The stylish look-alike denied the connection, but we stand by our initial reaction
