Bicyle

Next week in Paris, the chicest accessory to sport will be a bike. The Bicyle Film Festival is rolling into town, complete with a bike-themed art show, Joy Ride (catch works by Michel Gondry and Shepard Fairey), on display at Colette through the end of August. Now in its seventh year, the festival features short and full-length films celebrating bike culture. One of the highlights this time around is Monkey Warfare, winner of the Special Jury Award at the Toronto Film Festival. And then there’s that little race that’s going on. To celebrate the end of the Tour de France this Sunday, the Bicycle Film Festival is teaming with the Rue St.-Honoré boutique to host a massive street party one block from the finish line.
