High fashion is finally getting with the program and getting online, reports The Wall Street Journal (and only seven years after Style.com launched, we might add). “What some of the brands are beginning to recognize is the importance of extending the message to the consumer, and not relying on retailers or on traditional advertising,” says one expert commenting on the trend. Well, yes.
