it’s a dog’s life

As New York fashion week looms on the horizon (seven days and counting!), it’s easy to forget that there are other things going on the in world—like Pet Fashion Week. Luckily, The Village Voice was on the scene. Why pet fashion, you ask? As one attendee puts it, “This market has just exploded. people really love their pets—just like children! They want to dress like them, take them to baseball games, to yappy hours.” No, that’s not a typo.
