“Visionaire” parties always attract the cool crowd, the mag’s event to preview its new sound issue at the Delano’s Florida Room this weekend being no exception. In the mix were architects, fashion kids, and artists, as well as social types like Fabiola Beracasa and Eva and Michael Chow, as well as new store owner Pharell Williams. “I was really hoping Pharell would contribute to the issue, but he is just so busy!” lamented Cecilia Dean. Even though the event was scheduled to go from 8 to 11, those in the know didn’t bother arriving until well past midnight. As stylist Susan Joy observed, “Who goes to a party on time? There are too many events to attend. And besides, all the fun people arrive late!” Party people, take
note.
