The celebrities were out in force (and singing his praises) at Roland Mouret’s second show for his RM label on Wednesday. Dita Von Teese, Claudia Schiffer, and Lou Doillon (who brought her son, Marlowe, along) were all present, as was Victoria Beckham, who was dressed in a gray Roland Mouret shift—what else?—accessorized with a Prada fur shrug, a purple Hermès Kelly bag, and a massive Chopard diamond ring and link bracelet. Posh had flown to Paris just for Mouret’s show, which she attended in the company of “Pop Idol” impresario and Spice Girls manager Simon Fuller, before turning around and catching a flight for tonight’s Spice Girls concert in Manchester, England. “Roland’s clothes are amazing and very sexy; they just don’t seem to date,” she said. “He’s a lovely man and one of my favorite designers.” Doillon, who recently signed on for her own designing gig with Lee Cooper—the line will debut in Europe next month—was similarly effusive. “I’ve known Roland for a couple of years and I love what he does, but he’s gotten so famous that coming to the show was the best way to finally catch up with him. I don’t really read magazines or look at what other designers are doing, but I have this big coat and jersey dress of his I love, so I wanted to see the collection for myself.”
