On the heels of yesterday’s announcement that Alexander Wang (along with Juliana Jabour and menswear designers Tim Hamilton and Loden Dager) will join the ranks of Uniqlo’s guest designers, here’s an advance look at the capsule collection Wang created for the Japanese retailer. True to the designer’s signature sexy-tough aesthetic, the pieces are a mix of silky lightweight dresses and chambray jumpsuits, all in shades of gray, white, and black. An exact on-sale date hasn’t been firmed up yet, but the clothes will likely be available sometime during the last week of May. For more information, call (877) 4UNIQLO.
