prada: football over fashion?

With Italy squaring off against Spain in the quarter finals of Euro 2008, soccer fever has been seeping into the menswear venues in Milan. At her show on Sunday, the last before kickoff time, Miuccia Prada acknowledged that fashion wasn’t the night’s only agenda. "And now to the football," she said as she greeted guests backstage. Alas for Prada and her fellow countrymen, the Italian team would lose on penalties.
