heidi klum’s booty bling at bloomie’s

Shoppers at the uptown Bloomingdale’s got a pleasant surprise when they arrived on the second floor yesterday morning—Heidi Klum, there to present her second eponymous collection for Jordache and sign a few autographs (while dodging spoiler requests about Project Runway). The real-life mannequin charmed the crowd in skin-tight Jordache jeans of her own design, paired with sky-high snakeskin Louboutins and perfect red lipstick. The capsule line, exclusive to Bloomie’s, includes a range of denim, tops, and outerwear priced from $140 to $298, and is also available virtually on Stardoll [www.stardoll.com]. “It’s not runway, high fashion—it’s a very wearable collection. I basically design for myself,” said Klum. “I started as their model for the ad campaign, but after giving them my comments during fittings, like ‘Make them longer! Do this seam like this! Put the pockets here!’ they said maybe I should design my own. So I did!” The mother of three then gave the photogs and onlookers a treat when she turned around to show off the crystal pattern on the back pockets of the pair she had on. “Guys, you like the bling on the booty?” The applause and flashbulbs said yes.
