Using the unlikely starting point of a rainbow belt he owned as a child in the seventies, Marc Bouwer has crafted an entire Spring ‘09 collection of glam-packed looks. But rather than show in the traditional runway format, he made a video, which you can watch right here (you can also see it on his Web site). High fashion from the comfort of your own desktop. Take that, nonstop rain.
