Our New Full-Screen Slideshows

September 6, 2008  1:01 am

We unveiled the newest feature of our redesign yesterday: full-screen slideshows. You now have two choices when viewing the collections. The familiar “See the Slideshow” link that appears below the photo on the review page will open a slideshow as you’ve known them and loved them. Click on the new “View Full Screen” link directly to the right and there’s even more to love—photos so big and in such glorious detail, it’s almost like being there.

  1. Well, the new slideshows have a HUGE, MASSIVE flaw — You cant save the larger pictures to your computer! So when i see an picture that i really like i have to go back to the smaller pictures slideshow and click through the whole show again to find it and save it, and then its a smaller pic.

It would be amazing if this wasnt the case.

  2. Agree with wawest, saving pictures would be great. And there is a way to do this in flash, so you should look into that!
