As she walked past Margherita Missoni and Milla Jovovich outside Givenchy yesterday, she turned to the former and had this to say about her outfit: “It’s all about your Sarah Palin look. Very vice presidential!” (Reminder: The vice presidential debate is tonight. Set your TiVos.) The Italian heiress’ ensemble was more fashionista than hockey mom, though. The giant silver cuff and oversize necklace were from Louis Vuitton—”I think [they] are fantastic. I feel like a French fashion gladiator,” she said—and the sweater was a Missoni, albeit a men’s one in a small size intended for the Japanese market. “I’m the same size as a small Japanese man, apparently,” Missoni sighed.
