falke’s athletic gear Is designed to go the distance

I’ll be running the NYC Marathon this year, and of course I can’t do the full 26.2 in just any old attire, so I’m excited to have discovered Falke’s athletic line—it’s both chic and high performance (i.e., not just for light sweats, like most designer athletic apparel). The German hosiery company first entered the professional sportswear market with their ergonomic running socks, which have designated left and right feet and an anatomical design that lessens strain. They followed with a full apparel line devoted to elite athletes. I’ve never felt more energized after a 15-mile practice run than when I wore the socks, so I have to try the head-to-toe look. I’ll be sporting the Day-Glo yellow ultra-light long-sleeve top with the reflective tights, along with the cropped socks and my trusty Asics trainers. See you at the finish line!
