Vera Wang introduced K.D. Lang at last night’s annual Kennedy Center Spring Gala, A Celebration of Women in the Arts. To mark the occasion, the designer hosted a table, and Style.com’s Candy Pratts Price and André Leon Talley, among others, were there. In addition to Lang, Chita Rivera, Patti LaBelle, and LeAnn Rimes all performed. President Obama didn’t make an appearance, but the First Lady sat in the president’s box. Mrs. Obama wore grass green, Wang was in her own pale blue chiffon creation, and the dress that Annie Leibovitz was wearing—yes, you read that correctly—was black Lanvin.
