Capturing The Scene At NYC’s Newest Hotspot

We’ve already written plenty about the High Line, but this part, at least, bears repeating: For people-watching, nothing beats it. Don’t take our word for it, though; check out the pictures photographer Craig Arend snapped for Style.com at New York’s most happening park last weekend.
