Fashion’s Night Out: It’s Your Turn To Get Involved

July 30, 2009  6:33 am

Attention store buyers, PR assistants, fashion student interns, sample-room specialists, shipping teams, etc., etc.: If you’re in New York today and you’re free at 5:30, get yourself up to Times Square and grab your 15 minutes of fame. The organizers of Fashion’s Night Out, the citywide shopping extravaganza happening on September 10, are shooting the grand finale of a public service announcement about the event that will run on TV, online, and in taxis, and they want you to star in it—after all, you’re the people that Fashion’s Night Out was dreamed up to support. The first 200 people to show up at 39th Street between Seventh and Eighth avenues will receive a Fashion’s Night Out T-shirt. Your RSVP is essential; e-mail rsvp@cfda.com.
