One good turn deserves another, they say. Natalia Vodianova and Justin Portman’s Naked Heart Foundation, which benefits underprivileged children in urban Russia, is getting some love from Eva Karayiannis, the founder of the British-based label Caramel Baby & Child. The designer has produced the kid’s T-shirt featuring a hand-drawn heart that Vodianova and Portman’s three-year-old daughter Neva models above. (Yes, good looks run in the family.) The tees are about $40 and are available at www.caramel-shop.co.uk, and proceeds will go to the foundation. We’re told that a kid’s size 14 fits a “model-size” adult.
