Burberry’s Family Affair

Some brands are ditching their celebrity faces for tried-and-true models, but not Burberry: The label’s new Spring 2010 campaign, shot by Mario Testino and creative-directed by Christopher Bailey, once again features house favorite Emma Watson. (No surprise, she sat front-row at the Spring show, wearing a Burberry frock that hadn’t even walked yet.) Her co-star? Her younger brother, Alex (left). Good looks evidently run in the family.

Wow… So unconventional that such a young actress is the face of a brand like Burberry! They are certainly attracting the young fashionistas to their brand!

other brands have ditched their celebrity adverts and possibly for good reason – Burberry have successfully kept with the right type of celebrity. Firstly Emma is gorgeous and clearly her brother is too – they allow the clothing to speak through their youthful looks rather than their celebrity status. The fashion house’s history mixed with youthfuliness of today is a perfect balance |

Camilla Nickerson at her best – the styling is wonderful. I’m not sure who is cuter, Emma or her brother!

It is a little strange, but I still love Emma Watson and I think she fits the style of Burberry’s adds. I love purple coat. Its very chic.

Emma’s a perfect fit for Burberry: young, stylish and 100% british. I am OBSESSED with that lilac trench. the color!! the shoulders!!
