The Milly girl loves her frills, so what better complement could there be to the line’s embellished frocks than a bauble or two? This season, the label expands into costume jewelry, a longtime passion of designer Michelle Smith. “I’ve been collecting vintage jewelry for years; it’s always been a passion of mine and my mother’s,” she told me. “It was a natural next step for Milly.” The models on her Spring runway were loaded with necklaces and bangles, but I particularly like these gilt-edged cuffs. They’ll hit stores in the next few weeks, a colorful shot in the arm during the gray days of late-winter weather.
