The guy’s gearing up for his Fall presentation, but Derek Lam’s got good news to celebrate already: His all-American Spring 2010 collection has hit his brand-new Web store Select dresses, separates, bags, and sunglasses are up for grabs—everything, in fact, that you’ll see in his magazine and online ad campaigns—including the star-spangled print pieces we loved on the runway back in September. What’s he up to for Fall? The American West, Lam told us, with desert tones, a long, layered silhouette, and bursts of sunset color. No lasso prints, though, right? We’ll have to wait until Tuesday to find out for sure.

  1. the clothes are beautiful….it’s great that designers are using this channel to display and sell their collections. Up there with The Row’s new website (which is really aesthetically lovely and in tune with the designs)!
