On Our Radar: Thatcher’s Evolve Intarsia Dress
It’s going to be a big spring for Alisse Thatcher—the designer is launching two lines under her name, one of chic ready-to-wear and one of shapewear. Each is great, but the big news for me is Thatcher’s seamless Evolve dress, which combines both—it’s got the shapewear built right in. One less piece to wear is always welcome come summer, and with a cute patterned frock like this one, the slimming is just the icing on the cake. (Or whatever the low-fat equivalent is.) I’m planning to wear mine with Stuart Weitzman work boots (below, left) and an unbuttoned military shirt from the Gap for work, and to switch to my Jimmy Choo strappy sandals (below, right) and a big clutch when I meet my husband for date night.
