Tila March Takes To The Web
July 19, 2010 11:05 am

Devotees of Tamara Taichman’s Tila March accessories line love the seemingly effortless way she treads the fine line between simple and chic—minimal, but not dull. Chalk it up to her day job as a contributing editor to French Elle, where she scours the market for the best of the best. We’d nominate her own label for that distinction. March’s flats, cork wedges, and richly hued bags have already attracted a star following from the likes of Scarlett Johansson and Kirsten Dunst; they launched at a little boutique called Colette. (Heard of it?) And now, after several successful seasons selling to stores throughout the U.S. as well, she’s launching e-commerce today. Her Spring and Fall ‘10 collections will both be on offer. We particularly like the girlishly pretty Manon shape (top), but those who’ve been following the brand from the beginning will be glad to know there are also about a million variations of the Zelig (like this clutch, bottom). Unlike its namesake, it’s not so mysterious: It’s her first bag, and still her biggest seller in Japan.
