Spring Is Here! (In Stores, At Least)

For warmer temperatures, you’ll have to wait a few months, and we wouldn’t advise attempting Aquilano.Rimondi’s short-shorts just yet. But Spring deliveries are already hitting major stores, and no time like the present to dive into the season’s best bags.

Over at Barneys, spring-y, pop-colored Intrecciato bags from Bottega Veneta are now sharing shelf space with new Proenza satchels and leopard-print (of course) Givenchy totes. Or try a quilted bag from 2010′s de facto designer of the year, Alber Elbaz. The one at left is from Lanvin’s “Happy” series—just the thing to chase away the wintry blues.
