The 2011 Golden Globe Nominations
Awards season is officially here: This morning, Katie Holmes and Josh Duhamel announced the 2011 Golden Globe nominations in Hollywood. Stylists, to your marks. It’s going to be a big night for the casts of Black Swan (Natalie Portman, pictured, with nominated director Darren Aronofosky, and Mila Kunis are both nominated, and the flick is tipped for Best Picture), Blue Valentine (Michelle Williams and Ryan Gosling, plus another Best Picture nod), The Fighter (Amy Adams, Melissa Leo, and Christian Bale, plus Best Picture), Love and Other Drugs (Jake Gyllenaal and Anne Hathaway) and The Kids Are All Right (Julianne Moore and Annette Bening, both nominated for Best Actress). The King’s Speech leads the nominations with 7 total (including ones for Best Actor Colin Firth, Best Supporting Actress Helena Bonham Carter, and Best Picture), and Johnny Depp scored a pair of nominations (for Alice in Wonderland and The Tourist). And yes, because everyone’s wondering: James Franco is nominated for 127 Hours. For the full list, including the TV noms, too (Glee leads the pack with 5), head over to HFPA.org.
