Tali’s On Top, Theyskens’ Theory Is Online, Daphne Loves Sarah, And More…

2011 is shaping up to be a good year for catwalker Tali Lennox, the daughter of Eurythmics front woman Annie Lennox and Israeli film producer Uri Fruchtmann. The Telegraph traces her career from the Dolce & Gabbana catwalk way back in Spring ’10 to two Topshop campaigns and her latest coup, the Acne pre-fall lookbook, shot by creative director Jonny Johansson himself. Daphne Guinness was one of Alexander McQueen’s best friends, but according to British Vogue, she’s happy with the direction his successor, Sarah Burton, is taking the collection. “Sarah’s brilliant,” she told the mag. “She worked with Lee for so long so she knows what to do. She’s not Lee but I think he’d be happy with her doing it.” [Vogue U.K.]

In advance of New York fashion week, the CFDA has released its latest health initiative guidelines. They encourage everyone in the industry to encourage models with eating disorders to seek help, to provide healthy food and water at shows and shoots, and raise awareness about the dangers of smoking.
