Do Good With DVF And Friends, Get Your Lang Online, Dress Like Dellal, And More…

-------

Diane von Furstenberg wants you! To vote for her DVF People’s Voice award, that is. The inspiring, do-gooding nominees for the annual award are now on the designer’s Web site. Zeinab Eyega (of the Sauti Yetu Center for African Women), Lyn Pentecost (of the Lower East Side Girl’s Club), Taryn Davis (of the American Widow Project), Susannah Shakow (of Running Start), and Malika Saada Saar (of the Rebecca Project) are all in the running. The winner will be named at the second DVF Awards in March. [DVF]

Helmut Lang’s Nicole and Michael Colovos have designed their first-ever handbag (left), and they’re kicking off the accessories’ entrée with an exclusive pre-sale on Barneys’ Facebook page starting Thursday, February 3. It beats hoofing it in the snow to Barneys for the brick-and-mortar debut on February 5. [Barneys]

The next issue of VMan—on stands on February 10—will kick off the latest VMan Ford Model search. Past searches have brought you some of the bigger recent stars of the men’s modeling world, including Aiden Andrews, AJ Abualrub, and Southern boy Petey. [VMan]

And today at British Vogue, Charlotte Dellal takes over the daily-outfit-diary reins of “Today I’m Wearing” from model Tali Lennox. For her first day, Dellal’s got on a Lindsey Thornburg dress, her own Charlotte Olympia Bowie (hmm, a trend?) striped ankle boots, a leotard from Princesse Tam Tam, and her signature red lipstick by Illamasqua.
