It remains to be seen whether Carine Roitfeld has a new magazine up her couture sleeves, but she seems to have several styling gigs in store. First there was her Chanel Fall 2011 ad campaign, and now a Jean Paul Gaultier spot, shot by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin with Kristen McMenamy, has hit the Web. [Fashionologie]

The legendary Azzedine Alaïa is sticking to his own act. The designer was asked to fill the shoes left behind by John Galliano, but Alaïa declined Dior, the Financial Times confirms. [Vogue.U.K.]

Nightclub entrepreneur and graffiti artist André Saraiva’s list of projects just keeps growing. He recently announced that he’s set to present a short film during men’s fashion week on Wednesday, he has collaborated with Saint-James for new Le Bain wait staff uniforms, and he’s busy working on the September issue of L’Officiel Hommes magazine, as the newly appointed creative director. Naomi Campbell’s Russian billionaire boyfriend, Vladimir Doronin, is selling the special-edition Lotus Evora he bought at Campbell’s Fashion for Relief runway show to raise money for Haiti. The half-million-dollar luxury sports car will be on the chopping block tomorrow at Edeyo Foundation event at the Dream Downtown. [Page Six]
