Michael Pitt’s most recent trip to the past—courtesy of HBO’s Boardwalk Empire—found him in Prohibtion-era Jersey. But he traded the twenties for the fifties in Miuccia Prada’s ad campaign for her Spring ’12 menswear collection. David Sims shot Pitt in the style of classic 1950s studio portraits.
