Onstage, Rachel Weisz has spent the London season playing Blanche DuBois, a faded starlet whose best days are behind her. But offstage, as her look shows at this weekend’s Olivier Awards (the U.K. equivalent of the Tonys), Weisz has definitely still got the goods. The London-born actress—who, by the way, nabbed the Best Actress trophy for her performance—shines in an off-the-shoulder, slate gray Narciso Rodriguez gown. It’s a great color on the fair-skinned beauty, who complemented it with a swath of berry-pink lipstick and a few Tiffany bangles. Here’s proof that Fall’s return to minimal adornment needn’t be chilly or austere. We think she looks great. What about you?
