At Apolis, 2013 was an amazing year filled with new friendships and experiences. We took a little time to reflect on the diverse moments of this past year and to be grateful for the passionate people we have the incredible opportunity to work with and call friends. Some of our favorite milestones include:
- Our Bangladesh advocacy project, finishing up with 240 percent growth from last year and future plans to build a sewing school in Saidpur, at our Co-Op.
- An exclusive swim-trunk collaboration for American retailer J.Crew.
- A documentary about the making of our cross-border sandals, between Hebron and Tel Aviv, showcasing a beautiful and profound story of Israelis and Palestinians working together.
- Many educational lectures and workshops that we hosted at our flagship in the Arts District of Los Angeles, with unique visionaries from a variety of different industries and causes.
Overall, we are thankful to continue creating product across the world with inspiring partners, and we anticipate 2014 to expand our reach and community even further.
