The Piña Colada Mix is inspired by my love for Tropicália, the sixties Brazilian music and art movement also known as Tropicalismo. Tropicália was very much influenced by Afro rhythms and psychedelic rock, which I extracted a few elements from, then added a sprinkle of disco dust, a hint of the cheesy, and a squeeze of contemporary sounds. Best to listen to the mix by the water, in chilled-out mode and ideally with a cocktail in hand.

Tom Zé – “Se”
George Benson – “Breezin’ (Misty Rabbit Edit)”
Petite Noir – “Noirse”
Letta Mbulu – “Kilimanjaro”
Sinkane – “Making Time”
Os Mutantes – “Bat Macumba (Misty Rabbit Edit)”
Thomash vs. Whitney Houston – “I Wanna Dance With Candomble (Dreems & Misty Rabbit Remix Mash-up)”
Jeri Jeri vs Nôze – “Bamba Version Amor Do Olinda (Misty Rabbit Mash-up)”
