Zac

Designer Zac Posen and artist Daisy de Villeneuve had a Green Acres moment at the launch party for Moët & Chandon’s rosé picnic bag at the Sky Terrace yesterday evening. "As a child, I went on long walks and had picnics in the English countryside, where I grew up," reminisced the London-based de Villeneuve, who designed the metallic gold tote for Moët. Her friend Posen—the two shared a Portobello Road flat while Zac was a student at Central Saint Martins—had less bucolic recollections of his New York childhood. "Picnics? In Soho?" he said. "The only excursions we went on were to the Met. Otherwise we never ever went north of 14th Street."
