Greetings from Quebec. Our first stop was beautiful Saratoga, New York, the summer home of the New York City Ballet and the Adelphi Hotel. Off to the races! Next up was Montreal. In additon to being Claude’s hometown, it’s a cultural oasis. Here’s a picture of us in front of Habitat ‘67, an extraordinary concept-residence built for Expo, the world’s fair of 1967. Last but not least, the residence and compound of artist Dick Walsh in Saint-Adolphe-d’Howard in the province’s Laurentian region. Comprised of many buildings, this former Sulpician monks’ retreat includes a fantastic 14-bedroom residence for the monks, another residence for the nuns who take care of them, and our most favorite, a beautiful chapel. Heaven help us!
xxx,
Brian and Claude
