Eco

At the ecoStyle Award in Malaysia this past weekend, Hana Soukupova and Ling Tan were the latest models to declare their eco-warrior status, joining Angela Lindvall, Lily Cole, and Shalom Harlow in becoming vocal advocates of the sustainable movement. Ling wrote an ecoDiary for the event that outlined her conscious tips to help save the planet: “Say no to plastic dry-cleaning bags, re-give your magazines and catalogs to friends, and unplug all electronic appliances when you’re away from home on holiday” were some of her suggestions. Soukupova says she is “hardcore about recycling” and only uses “organic products for laundry and dishwashing.” Now that?s what we call model citizenship.
