scratch that

Houseofholland

It’s not just chubbies and dropped hemlines that are catching on in London. Take that eye patch Agyness Deyn was modeling at House of Holland yesterday. It was no mere accessory—she’s apparently got a bad case of conjunctivitis, a highly contagious eye infection that has reportedly hit a number of models backstage, and may be sitting out the rest of the week. And then you may notice some discreet scratching going on. “With all these kids running around, I think I have nits!” one fashion PR—who certainly did not want to be named—told us. “I had to look after an editor’s kid while she was covering the show, and he was itching like crazy. Now I am and, worse, all my colleagues are, too. God, I really hope we didn’t start London’s lice plague. It would be awful if the New York editors took it home with them.”
