Warhol

From the fantasy creations at Alexander McQueen and Christian Lacroix to the jauntily tilted fedoras at Junya Watanabe, hats turned heads during the Spring shows. Off the runway, one of the best places to find a chapeau is the Japanese millinery shop CA4LA (pronounced “cash-ee-lah”), which opened a London outpost last year. The company stocks everything from trilbies to beanies, but new to the Shoreditch store is a collaboration with the Andy Warhol estate. The range of toppers featuring the artist’s signature prints makes three-dimensional canvases out of the famous Factory worker’s masterpieces (and get bonus points for also picking up on Spring’s psychedelic trend). The caps are available by mail order at 011-44-20-7490-0056.
