spoil yourself poolside with
d. porthault's blanket-sized towel
Monday, June 8, 2009
A "staycation" might seem a rather dreary substitute for, say, a jaunt to the South of France. But stretch out on one of D. Porthault's gorgeous beach towels and even crabgrass in the backyard will feel like white sand. The enormous draps de plage are over six feet wide and feature iconic prints from the French linen maker's archives. Sure, spending $500 on a beach towel might seem excessive, but it's still much cheaper than a night at the Hôtel du Cap.
