The September shows have always presented a fashion dilemma. We all want to wear our new Fall clothes, but the temperatures in New York are still calling for shorts and sundresses—except, that is, for Saturday, when the remnants of Hurricane Hanna had us riffling through our closets for rain slickers and galoshes. All of which means we'll probably have to wait until the Milan or Paris collections to debut our new favorite sweater, Rag & Bone's waffle-weave poncho. Its oversize collar is perfect for turning up against a chilly breeze, which means when the wind starts whipping up along the Seine, we'll be ready.
