Cloud Cover

Christopher Kane‘s nature prints stole our hearts ages ago (we wear his alligator dress from Topshop entirely too often), and his beautiful yet ominous nuclear clouds for Resort are no different. The bright colors are reminiscent of a Pixar sunset and take an otherwise simple T-shirt from wardrobe staple to wardrobe standout. We suggest pairing with your best jeans for a more interesting weekend uniform. Click the image to shop.

I can empathize with the transition from being a non-crier to a crier in films, I’m sure if I had watched “It’s a Wonderful Life” this winter I’d have been a wreck, so yeah it’s perhaps unmasculine or anything else shameful, but the way I’ve come to see it, it just means that the film as a piece of work has some exceptionally well at guiding and manipulating my emotions, and it’s just a heightened way to experience that. I’ve yet to cry at an awful-but-soppy film, so for the time being I see tears as a mark of quality.
