In the Snood

Here’s something we never thought we’d get excited about: the return of the snood. After appearances of this accessory at Burberry and Missoni, we’ve been dreaming of bundling up in one of these big circular scarves for winter. Our hearts and our wallets lucked out when we found this cozy layered version for less than $35. Now there’s a treat to warm you up on a chilly day. Click the image to shop.

Love this comfy option. This is modern snood. The model is not shown with a layer covering her head but it is still a hair covering concept hence snood..

This is not a snood. A snood, commonly worn in the 1940′s was a fishnet hair holder–the hair was cradled at the back of the neck in the snood. This (above) is an infinity scarf, Laura.
