Spring 2010 Preview

All in the Family
Cousins Ben and Lee Copperwheat have dubbed their first collection "London to New York." And as it turns out, that could be the name of a biography written about either of them. Transplanted Brits both, Ben, who was trained at the Royal College of Art, has worked at Calvin Klein for five years while simultaneously creating commissioned prints for the likes of Peter Som, Sue Stemp, and Stephen Burrows. Lee, a tailor and designer who co-founded Copperwheat Blundell in London in the nineties, arrived stateside in 2001 and helped Miguel Adrover launch menswear before landing at Daryl K. Our favorite print from the debut line? This neon cityscape.
