Hours of waiting, primping and dressing go into the 15 minutes
of every fashion show. But it's not all work behind the scenes: Backstage is where models mingle, tap on Palm Vs and rack up minutes on their Motorolas. It's also the place to see models' wild and sophisticated personal style. At the Fall 2001 shows, favorites included jeans paired with customized tops and multi-ply cashmere designer sweaters.
